Honoring your loved ones this holiday season
The holidays are an important time of celebration, connection with family, and remembrance. Our thoughts this time of year often turn to those loved ones who are no longer with us. Our annual Tree of Love ceremony is a meaningful way to memorialize your loved one, while supporting the comprehensive patient care programs of Central Wyoming Hospice and Transitions.
You are welcome to attend the ceremony on Sunday, December 4th at 5:00 p.m. in the Chapman Hospice Home located at 319 S. Wilson. A special ornament, inscribed with a personal message for your loved one, will be hung on our Tree of Love during the ceremony. We will conclude the evening with a balloon release to symbolize the life, hopes and dreams of each special person remembered.
If you will not be able to attend the ceremony but would like an ornament hung on the Tree of Love in memory of your loved one, please contact us at (307)577-4832 and we would be happy to inscribe your message.
